STEP 2: I reach out via your preferred method to gather and confirm details including location and start designing your unique picnic. Once a deposit is made, your picnic is confirmed!
STEP 3: Arrive, sit back, sip, eat & enjoy the magic. We will take care of the rest!

Where can I have my picnic and do you help pick the location?
There are so many great locations! We can host your picnic in a public park, a private residence, or rented space and help you source the perfect location.

How long is the picnic?
Picnics are up to 2.5 hours long. You can also add on additional time.
How far do you travel?
I will travel far and wide! Travel fees begin 15 miles from Washington, DC. If travel fees apply, they will be outlined in the contract.
What does the picnic setup include?
Picnic setup includes, fresh flowers or greenery, a charcuterie board for you and your guests, a low table and tablecloth, pillows, blankets, table decor, candles, tableware, water - flat & sparkling, and bubbles!
What if there is bad weather?
We can move the picnic indoors or reschedule for a new date!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required. Once the deposit is paid, your picnic is officially confirmed.
What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?
Reschedule: Need to reschedule? No problem! You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to a new date.
Cancellation: You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your event. The deposit is non-refundable.
Pricing:
Picnics start at $250 for 2 people. $25 per additional person
