IN THE FINAL WEEKS LEADING UP TO YOUR WEDDING:
I’ll step in and ensure every detail comes to life just as you envisioned. From coordinating vendors to managing your timeline, I’ll handle the logistics so you can relax and soak it all in.
After reaching out, I set up a free consultation to discuss your wedding
If we decide to work together, a contract is signed, a 30% deposit it due & your date is confirmed
I work with you to create a detailed timeline
Unlimited text messages
4-6 weeks ahead of your wedding, we have a virtual call to confirm all the details
2 weeks before your wedding, I takeover communication with vendors & become point of contact
If requested, I attend final vendor walkthrough
THE PROCESS & PLANNING
THE WEDDING DAY
Complete wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours) including bridal concierge/getting ready, set-up and tear down
Steam dress
Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception space
Point of contact for all vendors (filter questions, approve deliveries, troubleshoot etc.)
Set up personal decor, such as card box, gift table, memorial table/chairs, place cards, table number, seating chart etc.
Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for ceremony
Cue ceremony music and send everyone down the aisle
Coordinate with DJ, catering and other vendors for couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, and grand exit to adhere to timeline
Tear down and pack up personal items and gifts, and ensure they are with the designated person and ready at the end of the night
THE REHEARSAL
If requested, I coordinate & run the rehearsal

My rates starts at $600

Travel fees:
I am based in Washington, DC. Travel fees start at 20 miles. If the wedding is over 1 hour away a hotel stay may be necessary.
